Job summary

Staffmark Group, a leader in talent solutions, is seeking a Client Relationship Manager for our xPO Advantage team. The role focuses on strengthening client relationships, ensuring fulfillment of managed program requirements, and driving client satisfaction.

You will guide a team of client relationship specialists and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years client management and sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client hiring managers and build relationships to understand and fulfill hiring needs.
• Lead, mentor, and train a team of client relationship specialists to deliver high-quality services.
• Oversee the fulfillment of client hiring needs and coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless delivery.
• Maintain regular client communication, provide status updates and performance reports with insights.
• Proactively address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to drive process improvements and better program outcomes.
