Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues and navigate internally to provide quick resolutions
• Speak directly with clients to identify needs when required
• Provide outstanding phone and email support for corporate clients
• Maintain strong client relationships while supporting S&P Global Market Intelligence software solutions
• Provide timely assistance to internal and external clients for questions or issues
• Own inbound client queries and conduct basic product demonstrations and training
• Liaise with product teams on bugs and enhancements and gather client feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver marketing pieces and update knowledge base tools
• Use Freshdesk to track all client interactions
