Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day account management for large group (51+) fully insured and self-funded clients.
• Lead client setup, renewals, open enrollment meetings and regular client meetings.
• Resolve complex customer service issues; escalate when needed, including claims.
• Ensure compliance reviews and maintain data integrity; review contracts.
• Coordinate vendor management and maintain benefit portals; travel up to 25%.
