SpeedPro South Jersey is seeking a creative, energetic Client Services Coordinator who enjoys working with people and delivering extraordinary customer experiences. You will be the main contact for clients, guiding projects from initial inquiry to production and delivery, coordinating estimates and timelines, and helping clients bring their brands to life with custom visual communications.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in customer service or related roles, strong communication, and comfort

Competenze

• 2–3 years of customer service, sales, account management, administration or related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outgoing, responsive, professional, and eager to learn.
• Strong interpersonal, listening and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Serve as a primary point of contact for current and prospective customers via phone, email, walk-ins, and in-person meetings.
• Listen to customers' needs and recommend creative visual communication solutions that help them achieve their goals.
• Prepare estimates and work orders, with on-the-job training provided.
• Coordinate customer projects from initial inquiry through production and delivery.
• Communicate with customers throughout the project to ensure expectations, timelines, and requirements are clearly understood.
• Follow up with prospects and customers to help turn opportunities into long-term client relationships.
• Provide customers with creative and design direction to help strengthen and maintain their brands.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to business development and marketing initiatives.
• Play an active role in the continued growth and success of SpeedPro South Jersey.
