Job summary

Innovative Cost Solutions in Massachusetts is seeking a Client Services Specialist to support the Client Services/Account Management Team. You will analyze data, enter client information, verify services, negotiate with waste haulers, manage contract expirations, and assist with special projects to help clients cut waste removal costs.

This full-time role requires strong communication, negotiation, and multi-tasking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but NOT REQUIRED
• Minimum of 3 years of general business experience preferred
• Experience in account management or client relations is a plus
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent writing and email etiquette

Responsibilities

• Analyze and break down new client data
• Enter new client data into spreadsheets for analysis
• Verify clients' services with waste removal companies
• Gather information to complete cost analyses for clients
• Manage contract expirations and send cancellation notices
• Provide general support to the Client Services/Account Management Team
• Develop cost-saving recommendations for new clients
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with waste haulers
• Present recommendations and implement approved actions for clients
• Input client data and notes into the CRM
• Assist with special projects as needed
