Job summary

Graphic Village is seeking a Customer Service Representative to organize and support incoming and in-progress jobs, acting as an extension of marketing, CRM, loyalty, and creative teams. You will record orders, manage data on our software, and coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate specs and timely completion.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and multitasking in a fast-paced print environment. 40-hour work week with potential overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in digital or large format print production or account management
• Associates or higher degree in Business Administration and/or Graphic Arts/VisCom
• Strong administrative and organizational capabilities

Responsibilities

• Record customer requests and job specs accurately
• Manage file manipulation and setup for jobs
• Monitor communications with customers and design/production teams
• Coordinate with client on data/art approvals when needed
• Review proofs to ensure client and Graphic Village standards are met
• Identify production issues and propose solutions
• Troubleshoot and traffic production tasks with management and production teams
• Facilitate rollout of customer specs for jobs and share requirements with staff
• Maintain knowledge of product lines, capabilities, pricing, and competition
• Document best practices, special projects, and SOPs
• Handle walk-ins and phone inquiries professionally
