Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two (2) or more years of experience in an account manager, assistant account manager, or similar client-support role.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and enhances client relationships to facilitate renewal and engagement.
• Supports Account Executive with maintenance on assigned clients.
• Acts as direct point of contact for assigned clients and secondary contact for others.
• Generates utilization reports for assigned clients.
• Manages LifeBalance database records for assigned clients and updates information.
• Ensures correct invoicing and adds clients to Client Central.
• Handles follow up for payments.
• Creates client-specific communications and materials.
• Assists in vendor outreach and partnership updates.
• Leverages various tactics to nurture partnerships and savings.
• Manages vendor database entries and updates.
• Assists in quarterly vendor maintenance outreach.
• Curates local discount information to share with clients.
• Handles client customer service escalation issues.
• References cross-promotion opportunities within Alliant teams.
