About The Role

We seek a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and motivated individual for the Client Success team as a Client Success Coordinator. This entry-level role offers growth opportunities, starting with task execution and evolving into strategic responsibilities, especially in automation, content optimization, and operational efficiency.

You will support daily tasks initially but will have the opportunity to identify inefficiencies and develop scalable solutions to empower clients and CSMs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize and Automate Client-Facing Content: Manage templates, identify automation opportunities, and develop evergreen content for self-service.
  • Provide Tactical & Administrative Support to CSMs: Assist with data entry, reporting, and presentation preparation, streamlining processes.
  • Grow Into a Process Optimizer: Analyze workflows, recommend improvements, and develop systems to enhance team performance.

Qualifications

Required

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for system and process optimization
  • Clear written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools
  • Interest in SaaS, customer success, and operations

Preferred (Nice To Have)

  • Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, Helpdesk platforms, or AI tools like ChatGPT
  • Experience creating or editing client-facing content or internal knowledge bases
  • Exposure to customer success, support, enablement, or marketing operations
