Job summary

eMoney Advisor is seeking a skilled onboarding coach to guide users through a customized onboarding program. You will deliver consultative coaching, execute onboarding plans, monitor progress, and adjust topics to fit each client.

In this role you will engage users to re-engage, drive product adoption, and support retention. A bachelor's degree and 2+ years in FinTech software training are required; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
