Job summary

eMoney Advisor in the United States seeks a strategic Learning and Development leader to build and sustain a high-performing organization that delivers exceptional client experiences and drives product adoption.

You will develop and execute the learning strategy, translate business objectives into scalable onboarding, enablement, certification, and training programs, and oversee the Learning Management System to improve scalability and learner engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or related field.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• 10+ years of progressive training, Learning & Development, and/or customer education experience.
• Strong understanding of financial terms; knowledge of financial advisory services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a learning organization focused on client experiences and product adoption.
• Develop onboarding, enablement, certification, and training programs.
• Oversee LMS and drive learner engagement with tech-enabled solutions.
• Establish KPIs and learning metrics for continuous improvement.

• Ability to travel up to 15%.
