Job summary

Sedgwick, a leading risk management and claims services firm in the United States, seeks a Client Services professional to support the discipline within the office.

You will run claims queries, assist with contracts and renewals, and contribute to stewardship reporting while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration or Finance.
• Four years of related experience or equivalent education; one year as an adjuster.
• Basic knowledge of insurance, claims or business management.
• Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
• PC literate; proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Analytical and interpretive skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills; ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Runs claims management system/data warehouse queries, reports, and documents.
• Assists with assembly of contracts, renewal documents, and Client Service Instructions.
• Completes corporate structure modifications.
• Assists with development of Stewardship reports.
• Provides ancillary support based on client or departmental needs.
• Participates in client meetings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Supports the organization’s quality program(s).
