Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
• Strong investigation and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming calls, faxes and voicemails; resolve claims questions per guidelines.
• Communicate claims status with clients and medical contacts; address jurisdiction-specific questions.
• Enter data into claims systems and ensure proper documentation and coding.
• Coordinate claimant address updates with internal teams.
• Refer to legal, utilization review, pharmacy, SIU and coordinate IMEs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Support the organization’s quality programs.
