Qualifications

• Must have computer and software experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to handle time-sensitive advertising projects.
• Keen on learning new systems promptly and thoroughly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be focused and organized.
• Previous commercial television experience preferred.
• In-person attendance is required.
• Related military experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Process advertising contracts and obtain creative materials.
• Generate support materials for the sales team.
• Coordinate scheduling and launch of advertising campaigns.
• Enter and maintain orders including electronic transfer.
• Help develop sales proposals and client presentations.
• Create supportive marketing materials for the sales department.
• Communicate with sales, production, finance and clients on performance and delivery.
• Prepare proposals and facilitate progress on multiple projects.
