Job summary

Law Office of Bryan Fagan seeks an Account Representative (Billing) to be the primary contact for active clients, ensuring engagement, satisfaction, and retention. You will manage communications, resolve conflicts, and support cross-functional needs while upholding contract compliance and financial transparency.

You will work closely with the Billing department across multiple Texas offices, including Houston, and collaborate to deliver accurate client updates and milestone management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, client success, or account management.
• Strong verbal and written communication across phone, email, and text.
• Proficient in CRM and productivity tools including Clio and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated liaison for active clients throughout the lifecycle of their case or engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients by offering support, solutions, and timely updates.
• Conduct scheduled check-ins to assess client satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
• Meet with clients at designated stages of their case to ensure transparency, preparedness, and understanding of both legal and financial expectations.
• Engage in heavy client communication via calls, emails, texts using platforms like Clio and secure messaging tools.
• Monitor client accounts to ensure legal service delivery stays on track.
• Maintain and update financial information and milestones across Clio, Google Sheets, and internal systems.
• Document all client interactions accurately in CRM and case management systems.
