You will be the first contact for client concerns, document interactions in HubSpot, coordinate meetings with attorneys, and help with case management and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in client relations, administrative support, or office coordination.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM/ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to clients to check in on case status and concerns.
• Serve as first point of contact for client concerns and route unresolved issues.
• Document all interactions in HubSpot and provide daily reporting.
• Coordinate meetings between clients and attorneys; manage calendars.
• Assist with case management tasks and administrative duties.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Respond to client emails and phone calls promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Support office leadership with various administrative tasks as needed.
