Job summary

Fairygodboss is hiring an Associate Account Manager based in Tempe, AZ. This non-sales role offers a hybrid work model, allowing for 3 days in the office and 2 days remote after training.

The role involves solving client challenges as ADP's front-line, managing client communications and building relationships, while offering educational support on ADP technology.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer-service environment.
• Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
• A college degree is great but not required; military experience with teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through is also acceptable.

• Serve as ADP's front‑line to solve clients’ challenges, including issue resolution, answering questions, helping clients, training users on ADP technology, and more.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver: use expertise to help clients solve time‑sensitive issues, seek answers, and drive positive outcomes.
• Build Relationships: communicate with clients via phone, email, and/or chat, exceeding expectations and upholding ADP’s core value of integrity.
• Educate and Provide Recommendations: leverage ADP product and services knowledge to help clients understand product value and turn client input into recommendations for leadership.
• Organize: adhere to a daily schedule and manage a high volume of inbound calls, including peak‑season increases.
