LHH has partnered with a Global Organization to recruit Client Service Associates on a 6‑month contract with a hybrid schedule (3 days in‑office, 2 days remote) in the United States. The role centers on frontline client support via phone and email, with CRM usage and strong attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of customer service experience, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while ensuring high quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of customer service or client support experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and written communication.
• Respond to client requests in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
• Track and manage client interactions using a case management or CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
• Escalate more complex issues to appropriate teams when needed.
• Follow up on open inquiries to ensure complete resolution.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all interactions.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to support overall client experience.
• Assist with data entry, administrative tasks, and special projects.
