Job summary

Element Fleet Management in Hopkins, MN, seeks an Associate, Client Success – Fleet Coach to manage client requests and ensure a seamless client experience. You will execute fleet transactions and coordinate activities impacting product and asset management.

  • Advanced Excel capabilities are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Executes day‑to‑day tactical requests and activities in accordance with client policies and priorities.
  • Applies comprehensive knowledge of the client and Element’s products and services.
  • Provides responsive service delivery, completes requests, or coordinates management.
  • Receives, completes, coordinates, and/or escalates requests to support product/asset management for external clients.
  • Identifies requests needing specialized knowledge and escalates as needed.
  • Takes ownership of client issues and uses problem solving to identify solutions.
  • Supports Client Success team on reporting.
  • Backs up other Client Success Partners during absences.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

About the Role We’re looking for an Associate, Client Success – Fleet Coach to join our team. In this role, you will execute fleet transactions that support product and asset management while applying comprehensive knowledge of the client and Element’s products and services. You will manage client requests, resolve issues, coordinate activities, and ensure consistent and easy client experience. The position contributes to client goal achievement as well as account retention and growth objectives.

What You’ll Do Executes day‑to‑day tactical requests and activities, complex or routine, in accordance with client policies, procedures, and priorities. Applies comprehensive knowledge of the client and Element’s products and services. Responsive service delivery, request completion, or coordination management. Receives, completes, coordinates, and/or escalates requests and activities that support product and asset management for external clients. Manages exceptions to ensure processes and requests are followed up timely and a closed‑loop process is used with Partner or Manager. Identifies requests that require specialized knowledge or escalation and leverages subject matter experts to quickly and efficiently resolve inquiries. Takes ownership of client issues and applies critical thinking, problem solving, and root cause analysis to identify solutions. Supports the Client Success team on reporting. Backs up and assists other Client Success Partners in support of assigned portfolios during absences from work or other circumstances as required. Performs other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Min of 2 years relevant customer service or client account management experience, preferably in a B2B service environment.
  • Ensures work is completed accurately and efficiently, with significant attention to detail.
  • Manages multiple tasks simultaneously in a rapidly changing, fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in various MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: College/University degree preferred.
  • BS or BA in business or related field strongly preferred.
  • Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a BS/BA degree.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities are strongly preferred.
  • Builds and maintains productive working relationships based on mutual trust at all levels in the organization.
  • Obtains and effectively analyzes data, identifies trends/issues, reaches logical decisions or recommendations, and acts quickly to implement solutions.

Internally, this role is referred to as Fleet Coach.

Location: Hopkins, MN

The hiring base salary range for this position is $51,600 - $70,950 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
