Qualifications

• BS/BA in finance, business, economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years in operations, client service, or investor relations in financial services, venture capital, or alt asset management.
• Experience with investors, advisors, or financial custodians preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Level 1 investor inquiries and capital call/close tracking.
• Assist with subscription documents and reconciliations.
• Maintain investor records and assist with account maintenance.
• Support entity creation with legal/compliance and custodian onboarding.
• Identify process improvements to enhance investor experience and efficiency.
• Provide general operational support including investor events and data integrity projects.
