Job summary

Bluemont Associates in New York seeks a Senior Analyst / Associate to join the Capital Formation and Investor Relations team. This multi-functional role combines product materials, portfolio KPI analysis and analytical work with investor onboarding and client service, guiding LPAC and annual meeting materials.

The position offers end-to-end exposure across the fundraising process, from lead generation through mandate win, with growing responsibility in investor relationship management.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and technical skills; data synthesis into presentations, reports and dashboards.
• Excellent writing and drafting abilities.
• Highly presentable with clear communication.
• Experience with consultant databases and AI tools a plus.
• Knowledge of private fund structures and operational processes a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare standard and ad hoc pitchbooks, presentations and product materials; respond to DDQs/RFPs/RFIs; maintain consultant database submissions.
• Conduct portfolio KPI analysis and data support for investor due diligence.
• Field investor questions and support investor due diligence with portfolio knowledge.
• Coordinate investor communications, including quarterly reports and letters.
• Oversee investor onboarding with subscription documents, AML/KYC reviews and side letter compliance.
• Prepare materials for LPAC meetings, annual meetings, roadshows and investor meetings.
• Support end-to-end capital formation with tracking of re-up activity and background materials for senior team.
• Maintain CRM system and provide analytics, dashboards and investor feedback summaries.
