Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field required.
• Experience supporting clients, account teams, sales operations, or business operations helpful.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with business leaders, technical teams, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients participating in the Client Care program.
• Manage and monitor client inquiries, ensuring requests are addressed promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams to research issues, gather information, and provide solutions to clients.
• Own client requests from initial inquiry through final resolution with follow-through.
