Job summary

Frederick Fox is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to be a hands-on team member across multiple functions in a growing landscape services company. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, coordinating with operations, and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction.

The CRM will manage communications, ensure service delivery meets scope, and support retention and growth initiatives while maintaining positive margins for the branch.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of service industry experience preferred.
• Degree in landscaping, horticulture or related programs recommended.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own communication for the community and respond to requests promptly.
• Learn and apply the company’s administrative and operational model.
• Collaborate with Operations and Branch Manager to identify needs.
• Promote ancillary services and manage client expectations.
• Work with Production Specialist and Account Manager to ensure service delivery.
• Maintain branch financial goals and retention targets.
