Job summary

L2 Brands in Hanover, PA is seeking a Customer Service Account Coordinator to manage a group of client accounts and keep orders moving from start to finish.

You’ll answer questions by phone and email, process orders, updates, and returns, and collaborate with Production, Merchandising, and Sales to deliver a positive customer experience. A high school diploma and 2+ years in customer service are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with computers and learning new systems.
• Ability to stay focused in a quiet, structured work environment with scheduled breaks.

Responsibilities

• Becoming the go-to contact for your assigned customer accounts.
