Job Description

Our FinTech Vertical is looking for outstanding people to help us realize our vision. In the Jr. Client Executive / Client Specialist role, you will maintain and expand business relationships, create up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, and build revenue with an assigned named account(s) for Experian's FSD (Financial Services & Data) Group. You will report to the VP of Sales. This is a remote position based in the Western U.S., specifically in the Pacific or Mountain time zone.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Develop relationships with clients by researching and understanding their needs, responding to client concerns, and being the liaison between the client and internal departments.
  2. Support the renewal of existing business.
  3. Identify and convert new logos within a defined region.
  4. Oversee implementation for Experian solutions; marshal resources to ensure client satisfaction and return on investment.
  5. Gather data and insights regarding usage to demonstrate impact and value; ensure usage at projected levels.
  6. Advise clients on data quality best practices and address gaps/opportunities.
  7. Develop new business within existing relationships by up-selling and cross-selling other solution categories.
  8. Research client needs and determine how to bundle products to meet client requirements.
  9. Inform and educate clients on our projects, using product experts as a resource.
  10. Maintain contact with product and service users to enhance client relationships.
  11. Provide customer intelligence to sales and marketing functions to position our offerings.
  12. Progress development towards a promotion to an Account Executive position.
  13. Maintain SFDC accountability, forecast, and GAP reporting.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in complex relationship management.
  • Strong sales drive and motivation.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of consumer credit reporting or willingness to learn.
  • Customer service experience and project management skills.
  • Experience presenting to clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to travel.
