Your Impact

The Remote Sales Specialist will convert digital leads into loyal customers by engaging with interested individuals, providing guidance, education, and personalized support to inspire actions such as booking appointments or making purchases. This role suits a proactive, results-oriented professional who excels remotely and is passionate about service excellence.

What To Expect
  • Engage with prospective customers, providing personalized support and education
  • Guide leads through the sales process, encouraging bookings and purchases
  • Manage inbound inquiries with exceptional service and tailored recommendations
  • Handle leads from digital marketing campaigns seamlessly
  • Educate customers on Next Health’s services, mission, and value
  • Follow up via phone, text, and email to nurture leads and drive conversions
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets, contributing to growth
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and sales performance
  • Stay informed on services, promotions, and offerings
  • Use strong communication and persuasion skills to convert interest into commitment
  • Demonstrate accountability, self-motivation, and time management in a remote setting
What You Will Bring

We seek candidates with:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in remote or call center environments
  • Proficiency in CRM, Excel, and digital communication tools
  • Degree in Communications, Business, or related field preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and customer-first sales skills
  • Ability to work productively and professionally remotely
  • Results-driven, proactive approach to lead conversion
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred

Expected Compensation

$20.00 to $23.00 per hour, plus benefits and bonuses. Compensation varies based on experience and skills. Details will be provided upon offer.
