Job summary

Tony Pope is seeking an Account Representative to join a State Farm Agent Team in Summerville, SC. You will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market insurance and financial services products to meet those needs.

You will build lasting relationships with customers through proactive service, clear communication, and collaboration with agency departments. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $80,000 annually with bonus opportunities and advancement potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
