Tony Pope - State Farm Agent in North Charleston, SC seeks an Account Associate to support daily operations and customer success. You’ll grow client relationships, update accounts, and assist with policy changes to ensure accurate records.

You will act as a liaison between customers and agency departments, proactively marketing relevant products and services to grow the office while delivering service with integrity.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities are essential.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field is preferred.
