Job summary

Gibbons Engineering Group is seeking flexible Client Solutions Representatives to remotely assist prospective clients in the life insurance and financial services space.

You will engage with leads, understand client needs, explain life insurance and living benefit options, and guide applicants through the process while building lasting relationships. Compensation is 1099, with uncapped earnings based on performance, including additional opportunities in development and sales leadership.

What You’ll Do

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% performance-based compensation.

There is no base salary or cap on earnings.

Potential earnings for new agents: $85,000–$145,000, based on production.

Additional incentives and bonuses may be available based on production.

As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, additional opportunities may be available in business development, leadership, and sales management.
