Gibbons Engineering Group seeks a self-motivated Client Solutions Representative to work remotely in the life insurance and financial services space. You’ll engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present solutions that fit their goals.

This 1099 role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules, access to qualified leads, training, and ongoing support. There is no base salary, and earnings are entirely performance-based with potential bonuses based on production.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% performance-based compensation.

There is no base salary or cap on earnings.

Potential earnings for new agents: $85,000–$145,000, based on production.

Additional incentives and bonuses may be available based on production.

As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, additional opportunities may be available in business development, leadership, and sales management.
