Gibbons Engineering Group seeks motivated Client Solutions Representatives to work remotely. You will engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and present life insurance and living benefit options from multiple carriers.

This remote role offers flexible full- or part-time schedules for a 1099 contractor with performance-based compensation and no base salary. Potential earnings range from $85,000 to $145,000 annually, based on production, with additional incentives.

What You’ll Do

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% performance-based compensation.

There is no base salary or cap on earnings.

Potential earnings for new agents: $85,000–$145,000, based on production.

Additional incentives and bonuses may be available based on production.

As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, additional opportunities may be available in business development, leadership, and sales management.
