Job summary

Gibbons Engineering Group is seeking motivated Client Solutions Representatives to work remotely, helping individuals protect their financial futures. You will engage with prospective clients, assess needs, and present suitable life insurance solutions.

This 1099 independent contractor role offers performance-based earnings with no base salary. Potential earnings range from $85,000 to $145,000 annually, depending on production, with access to qualified leads and marketing resources.

Qualifications

What You’ll Do

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% performance-based compensation.

There is no base salary or cap on earnings.

Potential earnings for new agents: $85,000–$145,000, based on production.

Additional incentives and bonuses may be available based on production.

As you gain experience and demonstrate strong performance, additional opportunities may be available in business development, leadership, and sales management.
