Job summary

TransPerfect Legal in the United States (Maryland) is seeking a Client Services Project Coordinator to orchestrate project lifecycles, maintain client relationships, and ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes. You will liaise with production, tech and sales teams to scope work and manage deadlines.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, strong English communication, and the ability to work under pressure on multiple projects in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including some weekends and evenings.
• Superior written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail with initiative on new projects.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments to deliver excellent client service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests for new project initiatives, by closely monitoring external and internal email correspondence.
• Collaborate with production, tech and sales teams to assess scope and produce cost estimates.
• Frame project instructions, specifications and deadlines within the internal job-tracking system.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and third party vendors.
• Manage client relationships and set expectations within tight timeframes.
• Oversee full project lifecycle; monitor progress, ensure deadlines, budgets and quality deliverables.
• Provide training and guidance on best practices to support process improvement and technical solutions.
• Perform other special projects or duties when required.
