Job summary

The Freeman Company (TFC Brands) is seeking a Client Solutions Manager – Show Organizer Event Logistics to lead planning and execution of high-impact events. You will serve as the primary contact for clients, guiding budgeting, logistics, and cross-functional coordination from move-in to move-out.

In this hybrid role, you will partner with Show Organizer teams across Creative, Strategy, Sponsorships and Operations, travel to venues as needed, and ensure invoices are accurate and delivered on

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event sales, event account management, event project management, or related event services
• Strong customer service, client relationship management, and organizational skills for complex event programs
• Ability to learn and navigate event management, CRM, project management systems
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) for planning and communications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage events up to $1 million per event
• Collaborate with Show Organizer clients post-sale to deliver events
• Manage client requirements, expectations, and scope changes per event
• Liaise between client and Freeman departments (Creative, Strategy, Sponsorships, Production, Operations)
• Travel to show locations to manage events from move-in to move-out
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing to clients
• Upsell additional products/services to existing clients
• Quote prices and manage budgets
• Partner with Business Development and Client Relationship teams to renew client business
• Disseminate client requirements within internal systems for onsite execution
• May lead as primary producer or be part of a team on event execution
• Maintain and grow partnerships with facilities/venues
• Entertain clients as necessary
