The Freeman Company, a global leader in events, is seeking an Associate Client Solutions Manager – Show Organizer Event Logistics. You will lead or support the planning and execution of live events, coordinating client needs within the budget and schedule.

This hybrid role requires in-office and show-site work 2-3 days per week, with travel to show locations and collaboration across Freeman departments to ensure flawless onsite execution.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of related sales, account management, or project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to learn multiple internal and external systems
• Ability to successfully manage multiple events simultaneously
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft software applications

Responsibilities

• Lead or support planning and execution of events within budget
• Coordinate client services and logistics for events
• Travel to show locations to manage events from move-in to move-out
• Maintain budgets and assist with client invoicing
• Liaise with Freeman departments to disseminate information
• Develop partnerships with facilities/venues
• Entertain clients with leadership approval
