Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and manage relationships.
• Present billing analyses and provide monthly recommendations and savings opportunities.
• Lead client calls, prepare agendas, and provide follow-up notes and action items.
• Coordinate internal resources for implementations, transitions, and deliverables.
• Maintain client portal, reports, and HR/invoice documentation.
• Support quarterly trainings and cross-functional collaboration.
• Identify process improvements to enhance client experience.
