Job summary

ETS Workforce Solutions is hiring an Industrial Recruiter to own the full recruitment cycle for manufacturing and industrial clients in a dynamic, high-energy team. The role is in-person with a base salary and commission, offering opportunities to build pipelines and deliver top talent.

You will source, screen, and place operators, machinists, assemblers, and warehouse staff, while leveraging AI tools and our internal tech stack.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage full-desk, 360-degree recruitment for manufacturing clients.
• Source, screen, and place operators, machinists, assemblers, and warehouse staff.
• Build a pipeline via outreach, AI tools, events, and referrals.
• Develop client relationships and deliver first-class service.
• Prepare candidates, negotiate pay, close placements.
• Track metrics: outreach, screenings, submittals, placements, revenue, KPIs.

Job Location: In-person,$75,000-$110,000 First-Year OTE (Base + Commission), Full-Time

We're a tight-knit, high-energy team that delivers talent driving operational excellence, reducing turnover, and fueling growth for our clients, and we want you to join our team as an Industrial Recruiter.

Your day-to-day as an Industrial Recruiter:

• Own the full-desk, 360-degree recruitment process from sourcing to placement for manufacturing and industrial clients
• Source, screen, and select well-matched candidates for roles including production operators, machinists, assemblers, and warehouse operators
• Strategically build a pipeline of top-tier manufacturing and industrial talent through outreach, recruiting platforms, AI tools, events, and referrals
• Develop meaningful relationships with client companies, communicate proactively, and deliver a first-class customer experience
• Prep candidates for interviews, negotiate pay rates, close placements, and overcome objections
• Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics including outreach, screenings, submittals, placements, revenue, and quality KPIs
• Master the ETS internal tech stack including CRM, communication platforms, Google Workspace, and AI platforms
• Positively contribute to ETS culture and enhance our brand and reputation

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. New grads encouraged to apply
• 2+ years of business development or account management experience preferred
• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven by results
• Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable leveraging AI and social media as part of a recruiting strategy
• Motivated by a commission-based compensation structure
