Job summary

ETS Workforce Solutions in Plattsburgh, NY is hiring an Industrial Recruiter to own the full-desk recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing and industrial roles. You will source, screen, and place candidates across operators, machinists, assemblers, and warehouse roles while building a robust pipeline through outreach, AI tools, and referrals.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and a results-driven mindset with a commission-based compensation structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 2+ years of business development or account management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-desk, 360-degree recruitment process from sourcing to placement for manufacturing and industrial clients.
• Source, screen, and select well-matched candidates for roles including production operators, machinists, assemblers, and warehouse operators.
• Strategically build a pipeline of top-tier manufacturing and industrial talent through outreach, recruiting platforms, AI tools, events, and referrals.
• Develop meaningful relationships with client companies, communicate proactively, and deliver a first-class customer experience.
• Prep candidates for interviews, negotiate pay rates, close placements, and overcome objections.
• Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics including outreach, screenings, submittals, placements, revenue, and quality KPIs.
• Master the ETS internal tech stack including CRM, communication platforms, Google Workspace, and AI platforms.
• Positively contribute to ETS culture and enhance our brand and reputation.

Your day-to-day as an Industrial Recruiter:

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. New grads encouraged to apply
• 2+ years of business development or account management experience preferred
