You will collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams, perform data analysis, build weekly/monthly reviews, and present a capstone project on onboarding or retention improvements. This role offers hands-on experience in account management, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration,

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; able to simplify complex ideas.
• Strong data skills; proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and SQL preferred.
• Proactive, solution-minded with creativity.
• Familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and PM tools (Asana, Trello).

Responsibilities

• Support and manage daily client inquiries to boost satisfaction.
• Analyze account performance data and prepare weekly/monthly reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Operations to relay client feedback.
• Lead a capstone project to optimize onboarding or retention processes.
• Develop problem-solving approaches with senior Client Solutions Managers.
