Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or as a Client Service Representative.
• Strong phone handling and active listening skills.
• Familiarity with CRM; P21 is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Account management and sales activities to promote and grow sales with an established customer base.
• Identify customer needs and provide product, technical and value-added solutions.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right tools.
• Handle customer complaints and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
• Manage incoming phone calls and file documents.
• Follow up on current and past due orders.
