Job summary

Pinnacle is seeking a Financial Specialist - Floating to deliver distinctive service as the single touchpoint for clients across offices, handling deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account questions while promoting the Pinnacle Way.

The role supports client relationships and referrals across Trust, Investments, Insurance, and Treasury Management, with flexibility to work in various Pinnacle offices for short- or long-term assignments. Strong regulatory knowledge and service focus are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in financial services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects, in person and over the telephone.
• Assist clients with deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account inquiries.
• Open new accounts and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
• Support office operations and refer clients to Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management.
