The role supports client relationships and cross-sells Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management as appropriate, and may work at multiple offices for short or long assignments. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Knowledge of federal banking regulations and compliance.
• Broad knowledge of bank products and services.
• Excellent client service skills and communication.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects in person and over the phone.
• Assist clients with banking transactions (deposits, withdrawals, payments, balance).
• Open new accounts and complete required paperwork while verifying client credentials.
• Support notary, wire transfers, foreign currency, and other financial services as needed.
• Refer clients to Trust, Investments, Insurance, or Treasury Management as appropriate.
