Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients in person and over the phone.
• Assist clients with banking transactions and office tasks.
• Open new accounts and verify client documentation.
• Refer clients to Trust, Investments, Insurance, Treasury Management as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and regulations.
• Support Office Leader and deliver a high-engagement client experience.
