Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience in financial services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and work accurately under pressure.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive service to clients and prospects, in person and over the telephone.
• Assist with banking transactions and new account processing.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and firm policies.
• Support office leadership and refer clients to other advisory areas as appropriate.
• Identify and manage client risks and fraud exposure.
• Maintain operational excellence and timely completion of required reports.
