Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience in custom manufacturing or electronics is preferred.
• Experience with quoting, applications engineering, or project engineering is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620, AS9100 or ISO 9001 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements and translate them into executable production plans.
• Lead technical and kickoff meetings and coordinate with customers.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain revision-controlled production files and ensure current information on the floor.
