Job summary

MM Solutions is seeking a Client Solutions Engineer to manage highly customized electronic and cable/harness assembly projects from quoting through production and delivery.

The role is split between technical quoting and project execution, with emphasis on coordinating with customers to define requirements, assess risks, and translate requests into executable production plans. You will monitor progress and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience defining requirements, assessing manufacturability, and identifying gaps
• Strong ability to resolve technical questions with customers
• Familiarity with labor and material cost analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead technical quoting process for projects from short builds to nine-month efforts
• Review drawings and specs to define requirements and assess risks
• Coordinate with customers to resolve questions and determine processes, tooling, and resources
• Develop labor estimates and support material-cost analyses
• Maintain production files and ensure current, approved information on the floor
• Manage multiple projects across stages and lead kickoff meetings
• Monitor progress, lead times, and customer expectations
• Drive decisions and follow-ups to keep projects on schedule
