Scientific and Clinical Recruiter at Accentuate Staffing

Accentuate Staffing is partnering with a reputable Clinical Research Organization seeking a Client Solutions Director. This is a remote, direct hire role with travel up to fifty percent. It offers a competitive salary and a performance-based commission plan.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading sales efforts for Phases I-III clinical trials, particularly in oncology. Prior sales experience in oncology, infectious disease, and vaccine development, along with a track record of cultivating strategic client relationships and driving revenue, is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
  • Engage clients through presentations, RFPs, and bid defenses.
  • Communicate the scientific and operational value of services to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with biotech, pharmaceutical, and academic stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support proposals and ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
  • Master’s degree, MBA, or MPH highly preferred; Bachelor’s in Business, Life Sciences, or related field required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Clinical Research or Life Sciences Sales.
  • Strong background in Oncology Clinical Trials.
  • Successful sales/business development experience in pharma, biotech, or CRO sectors.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce.
