Job summary

Bank of America is hiring for a Financial Center Sales & Service role. You will serve as the first contact for clients, uncover personal banking needs, and connect clients to specialists. You will promote self-service use and perform transactions with accuracy, while proactively following up with clients.

The role requires weekend/extended hours and may involve movement between centers. Training is provided and state notary commission may be pursued post-start date.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities
