Responsibilities

• Follows established processes and adheres to laws and regulations.
• Manages bank-center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls to drive the client experience.
• Maintains knowledge of small business, lending and investments to support clients.
• Works with weekends and extended hours as needed at various centers within a reasonable distance.
