Job summary

Winston Benefits, a Brown & Brown company, is seeking a Client Solutions Analyst to join their team in New Jersey. The CSA supports clients by documenting requirements and configuring the benefits system to meet enrollment and administration needs.

You will implement and maintain client business rules, set up portals by configuration, and coordinate with product development to address system issues and enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of technical experience required.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Experience interpreting business requirements required.
• Knowledge or experience with configurations required.

Responsibilities

• Identify client needs to determine impact on the system and to find solutions around system limitations.
• Recommend system solutions to clients during the Open Enrollment process.
• Implement/Maintain Client Business Rules Requirements.
• Configure the system based on business requirements including benefits plans, coverage tiers, rates, and eligibility.
• Verify client benefit configuration setup information for accuracy.
