Responsibilities

• Provides sales, service and execution support for new and ongoing client relationships.
• Analyzes, assesses, and documents client requirements; manages multiple complex client implementations.
• Consults with clients and service partners to gather and utilize data for products/services.
• Serves as a customer solutions and peer resource; acts as a point of contact for clients and teams.
• Facilitates internal and external stakeholder meetings.
• Participates in special projects; creates documentation and reporting on progress.
• Escalates issues and helps resolve implementation, servicing and production support challenges.
• Helps identify and drive development of necessary solutions; ensures positive client experiences.
• Gathers required documentation and verifies information for accuracy.
• Performs complex processing and ensures compliance with regulations and processes.
